Oteka Delivery Policy - Tea and Coffee

At Oteka, we are committed to delivering our quality teas and coffees directly to your doorstep with utmost care and within the shortest possible time. This shipping policy explains the terms and conditions under which we ship our products to our customers.
2. Delivery Area
We deliver our products in mainland France, as well as in certain countries of the European Union. For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us directly to discuss the possibilities and associated costs.
3. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. The applicable prices are clearly indicated during the ordering process and before final validation of the order. For certain promotions or orders exceeding a specific amount, delivery costs may be offered.
4. Delivery Times
- 4.1. Preparation of the order : Orders placed on www.oteka.fr are generally prepared within 24 to 48 working hours after confirmation of the order.
- 4.2. Shipping and Delivery : The delivery time begins from the date the order is shipped. In mainland France, the delivery time is generally 2 to 5 working days. For other destinations, delivery times may vary.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.
6. Delivery Conditions
Deliveries are made by third party carriers. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the package upon arrival and to immediately notify the carrier, as well as Oteka, of any anomaly (damaged package, missing product compared to the delivery note, etc.).
